MAKE A CONTRIBUTION

Congregation B'nai Israel is appreciative for the ongoing support of members and friends. Anyone can make a contribution by calling the office or using this contribution form. The form can be filled out on your computer then printed, or by hand and mailed or faxed to the office. Minimum contribution is $10.

To make a contribution to the Rabbi's Discretionary Fund, please make your check out to RABBI'S DISCRETIONARY FUND and mail it, along with the occasion for the contribution, to Congregation B'nai Israel, 6525 Sylvania Avenue, Sylvania, OH 43560. 

To make a contribution to the Cantor's Discretionary Fund, please make your check out to CANTOR'S DISCRETIONARY FUND and mail it, along with the occasion for the contribution, to Congregation B'nai Israel, 6525 Sylvania Avenue, Sylvania, OH 43560.
