Yom HaShoah Community Observance
Sunday, May 5, 2024 at 10:30 AM at Temple Shomer Emunim
Teen students from the Toledo Jewish community will share stories from conversations with second generation children of survivors, Allen Markowicz and Ann Rosenberg.
Special music by the Jewish Community Choir.
Followed by candle lighting and prayers of remembrance for all the lives lost during the Shoah. Join us as we come together as a Jewish community to pay tribute and remember.
Community Program: Yoga for Israel
Wednesday Evening, May 8, 2024 at 7:00 PM at CBI
Let’s turn our sadness into action. Join us for an hour of yoga, meditation, and healing while raising money for the Jewish Federation of Greater Toledo’s Israel’s Relief Fund.
Bring your own mat (BYOM!) The full proceeds of this class will go to support victims of terror, medical support, trauma recovery, crisis management, direct lifesaving relief efforts, and accurate media reporting via our trusted partners.
