3) Try opening the document with some other browser / system to check if the problem is browser specific
4) If the publication/s still does not open, try restarting the browser / system.
5) If the above steps don’t work and you don’t want to install Adobe Flash or do any of the other steps, scroll down for the alternative pdf file linked for which you must have Adobe Reader installed.
